Reconciling Direct Orders from PharmaClik

Products ordered directly from PharmaClik can be reconciled in Nexxsys with the same method that purchase orders sent from Nexxsys can. For more information, see Reconciling the Order Using Web Services.

If a product that is reconciled from a direct order is not monitored at the time of reconciliation, the Drug Folder is updated with the following information:

• The Monitor checkbox is selected.
• The Re-Order Point is set to -1.
• The Re-Order # Packs is set to 1.
• The Do Not Re-Order checkbox is selected.

  

It is documented in two locations if the items was reconciled from a direct order:

1. Shipment Adjustment Details
   • Reason of MCK Direct Order displays.
     
2. Manual Adjustments Report
   • Reason of MCK Direct Order displays.
   • Comments indicate the invoice # it was received from.
